Make MMA, BJJ, boxing and other combat sports more accessible to women of all backgrounds, abilities and experience levels.

  2. Objective 2: Support Survivors of Domestic Abuse

Work towards providing subsidised training opportunities for women who have experienced domestic abuse, helping remove financial barriers and offering opportunities to build confidence and community connections.

  3. Objective 3: Improve Physical and Mental Wellbeing

Use combat sports to encourage physical activity, positive mental wellbeing, resilience and meaningful social connections.

  4. Objective 4: Develop Practical Skills and Confidence

Offer self-defence education, confidence-building activities and opportunities for women to challenge themselves.

  5. Objective 5: Support the Development of Female Athletes

Create opportunities for female athletes to develop their skills and gain valuable experience through specialist seminars, MMA camps and access to experienced female coaches and athletes.
